Several months ago I mentioned that I have seen many people exceeding the posted limit especially on Brixton East where I live. Since then I have witnessed more and more cars going way past the limit and I see it on the north end of Brixton East near the curve to Brixton North. I think it is only a matter of time before there is a serious accident. The way Brixton East floods during heavy rain could cause a car to hydroplane since it takes very little water on the road for that to happen. In another case snow and ice could cause a car to going off the road and into a house with speeds I have seen. It is a shame that this being private property and the police not here to issue tickets that we have to live with this reckless behavior. I wish the people who think they are NASCAR drivers would respect other peoples health and property by driving responsibly here in Villa Run. I personally came close to being sideswiped a few weeks ago while I was doing my morning walk. The driver didn't even slow down at all much less stop and apologize.

It's not only cars, but delivery trucks,, landscapers and even the trash trucks ae guilty of not obeying the speed limit. I agree that a dangerous situation is in the making. Another hazard are the drivers that disregard the STOP sign on the corner of Foxboro and Brixton E.
