Seating arrangement for board meetings.

Which seating arrangement do you prefer at our board meetings.

1. All board members sit horizonal at table with the audience sitting in straight rows facing the board

2. Sitting in a horseshoe fashion with guests sitting in front and on either side of board table. Much like we used to do when using a conference room for our meetings.
